List Property
There are several papers that will need to be signed at this time, listing agreement, property condition report, etc.

Brochure

Prepare a color digital photo brochure for display in your home, detailing features and room sizes for your home, along with information on schools, utilities, taxes, etc.

Appointments
Make all appointments for showing your home through our seven day a week assistants. You will be notified of all showings. If there are dogs its best to take them with you or kennel them. Make sure the pets food & water bowl are out of site.

Market your home to the neighbors through our exclusive Just Listed postcards.

Be easily accessible to you through I-phone and email, twenty-four hour a day/seven days a week live answering service, and the Internet.

Negotiations

Either write or negotiate all purchase agreements to a satisfactory conclusion for the sale of your home.
